Davenport West Diamond Dancers

The Diamond Dancers are under the direction of head coach Samantha Stahle. Coach Sam has lived in the Quad Cities since 2001 and has since graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 2012, Iowa State University in 2016, and the University of Iowa in 2018.

 

Coach Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with minors in Dance and Athletic Coaching and a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. While at Iowa State University, Sam was a member of the Iowa State Dance Team. While on the team, Coach Sam won numerous State championship titles, served as a captain her senior year, and won the team’s first national Pom championship in 2016.

 

Besides finishing her master’s degree, Coach Sam currently is an administrative assistant, dance instructor, and choreographer at Studio A Dance Company. Coach Sam absolutely loves teaching dance, meeting new people, and cheering on West High Athletics with the Diamond Dancers!
